Technical Support Specialist
SouthData, Inc. is searching for a Technical Support Specialist who will provide technical assistance to internal users of computer systems and programs; support for the telephone system and liaison with the telephone service and equipment providers; support for backup and postal software; and seasonal assistance in order processing. Requirements include an Associate Degree in Computer Technology or related field, Proficient in MS Office and the use of Microsoft Window desktop operating system. Good written and verbal communication skills. This position offers a competitive compensation package including med/dental/life, 401k, and paid time off. Applicant must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
