IT Specialist - Mobile, AL
SouthData is a national, full-service document management provider specializing in electronic and paper based billing; high quality variable printing; distribution and mail services; electronic and film based storage; and medical release of information. The Images Division provides companies and organizations with a Document Management System for scanning, indexing, storing and retrieving important records. This Division is currently seeking an IT Specialist in its Mobile, AL location.
Successful candidates will be responsible for designing workflows that meet client requirements, and to provide support to the Imaging Production Manager, IT Administrator and clients to meet operational requirements. This person will troubleshoot, document and devise solutions to hardware, software and workflow problems. The IT Specialist will assist in analyzing client needs and researching hardware and software applications. Candidates having knowledge of medical software, Release of Information Services and Recovery Audit Contractor is a plus.
Position requires an Associates Degree in Information Management or related field, plus three (3) years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate has familiarity with imaging software applications, C, C++, C#, VB Script or Java programming language. Person must have excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills as well as ability to work in a team environment. Regional Sales Representative
Birmingham/Montgomery, AL. SouthData is a national, full-service document management provider specializing in electronic and paper based billing; high quality variable printing; distribution and mail services; electronic and film based storage; and medical release of information. Its Imaging Division which provides organizations with document management services for scanning, indexing, storing and retrieving important records is currently seeking an experienced and successful sales representative for regional expansion in the Birmingham/Montgomery,Alabama region.
Successful candidates will be responsible for developing, supporting and maintaining sales relationships with clients that meet the strategic goals of the company. Qualified candidates must have knowledge of medical records software, document management systems, Release of Information (ROI) services and/or Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) services. Sales experience in document management or medical records imaging is strongly preferred.
Position requires a Bachelor Degree in Business or related field, plus five (5) years of demonstrated sales success. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent analytical, organizational, communication and closing skills. Candidates must be able to work independently and in a team environment, as well as travel regionally.

Imaging Operations Manager - Mobile, AL
SouthData is a national, full-service document management provider specializing in electronic and paper based billing; high quality variable printing; distribution and mail services; electronic and film based storage; and medical release of information. Its Imaging Division which provides organizations with document management services for scanning, indexing, storing and retrieving important records is currently seeking an experienced and successful Imaging Operations Manager for their Mobile, Alabama location.
The person in this position will report to the Division Vice President and be responsible for leading the Company’s imaging, client support and ROI activities in the Alabama, Mississippi and Florida Panhandle region. Qualified candidates must have knowledge of medical records software, document management systems, Release of Information (ROI) services and/or Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) services. Experience in the document management or medical records imaging fields is strongly preferred.
Position requires a Bachelor Degree in Business, Management or a related field, plus eight (8) years of progressively more challenging experience. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent analytical, organizational, communication and management skills who has demonstrated success in setting and achieving business goals. The successful candidate will be a budget-conscious critical thinker with ability to work independently and in a team environment, as well as travel regionally.
