Customer Service - Account Specialist
SouthData is seeking an experienced individual who has outstanding verbal and written communication skills as well as superior telephone skills. Must have excellent listening, organizational and detail-oriented abilities. Computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications are necessary. Must be flexible and have the ability to multi-task. 2-4 years experience in Customer Service is required. An associate's degree in Communications or related field is preferred.
