SouthData makes sending out certified mail hassle-free, eliminating post office trips and certified mail receipts.

All certified mail orders are placed at www.southdata.com through the client’s secure SouthData homepage. The CertMail Center provides three easy ways to place orders:

1. The Enter CertMail option is for small orders. You enter the recipient information and upload letters saved as PDFs.
2. The Upload a Data File option is when you have letters on file with SouthData containing variable information. When you need to send these letters, you upload your recipient data file and then select the letter on file.
3. The Upload a PDF option is when you create PDF letters with merged recipient information.

CertMail orders are tracked online within the CertMail Center. You can view the delivery status and signatures online.
