Ordering is easy! Access your account 24/7, track orders, view proofs ... and more.


Step 1

1. Set-up Your SouthData Account

  • Complete this brief Client Information Form (www.southdata.com/setup).
  • We will send you a confirmation email with your account number and password.
Step 2

2.Enter Project Information

  • Log in to your account (www.southdata.com/login).
  • Click "New Orders."
  • Enter your order specifications and upload your data files.
Step 3

3.Review Your Information

  • SouthData reviews your order, and sends a proof notification to you.
  • You approve the proof or make necessary changes.
  • Your order is complete.
  • Sit back, and we'll handle all of the printing, folding, stuffing, and mailing for you.

  • We offer an over the phone orientation session to show new clients how to place orders quickly and easily.
