HOA Customer Service Updates: New Number, New Hours, and a New Team Company news Lauren Bull customer serviceHOA Nov 09 2017 SouthData has always prided itself on setting a high benchmark for quality customer service. Part of that process is identifying where we can improve and then making adjustments that push us forward as a company. That’s why we’re excited to announce some changes we recently made to our HOA Customer Service Division. Here’s what the model looks like now. The department has been divided into two regions, one on the east coast and another on the west coast. We’ve added new account managers to oversee each department, which now gives us powerhouse teams of account managers, district managers, and customer service specialists serving customers across the country. Account managers and customer service specialists will be available to assist customers on the phone from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Jamie Davis is the East Coast Account Manager and Peggy Venable is the West Coast Account Manager. Each area has been assigned an 800 number that will ring for someone in that region. The phone number for the east coast region is 1-800-437-8849 and the phone number for the west coast region is 1-833-459-9401. These changes are part of what we see as a major step forward for HOA, enhancing the already great customer service foundation and taking us to the next level.
