Compliance Assistant

  • Knowledge of software licensing

  • Work with the compliance team on the compliance assessments from customers and OSG auditing firms.
  • Report on status controls, risks mitigation activities and remediation efforts.
  • Assist in researching, writing and documenting policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and organize information for company audits.
  • Assist as needed in organizing and training employees on HIPAA; PCI; etc.


Technical Support Specialist

Technical Support Specialist provides: technical assistance to internal and external users of computer systems and programs; maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies and maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

  • Associate Degree in Computer Technology or related field or 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience with Microsoft Server 2008 and 2012
  • Understanding of Network Infrastructure and Equipment
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems – Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair, or have repaired by vendors, computer hardware
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and recommend corrective actions for internal software applications
  • Evaluates expansions or enhancements by studying work load and capacity of computer system
  • Achieves computer system objectives by gathering pertinent data; identifying and evaluating options; recommending a course of action
  • Respond quickly and accurately to work requests using proper procedures
  • Notify appropriate internal and external managers of relevant technical problems
  • Provide emergency support after normal work hours as required
  • Assist with seasonal demands in SouthData order processing

Software Developer

The Software Developer is to design, develop, test and implement applications and processes for the company. The person in this position will assist in creating the architecture for new software. The Software Developer will insure consistency of interface requirements for applications and automated processes. They will create new applications, process, and features as well as analyze and resolve performance problems, provide enhancements, fix bugs, and resolve coding issues for existing applications. 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or 3 years building data driven applications.
  • Competent in C#, VB and JavaScript.
  • Competent in T-SQL Scripts and SQL Queries.
  • Competent in .Net and the Visual Studio IDE.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and document computer software system.
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must be highly energetic, self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and easily adapt to change.
  • Knowledge of MVC, Entity Framework, Bootstrap, Multi-Threading, Windows Services, and/or GMC Software preferred.
  • Design and code computer programs that meet specifications and are delivered on schedule
  • Work individually and as part of a development team to design, code, maintain and test computer programs that help accomplish company goals
  • Create and update processes, programs and reports with new screen designs, scripts, data tables, formulas, documents and security features as required to meet specifications
  • Participate in the development of program designs, user interfaces and test procedures
  • Research and document application failures and recommend improvements
  • Other tasks as assigned by the VP Software Development or Manager.
